Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

This seems to be building a picture that AB was fragile enough that it would be unreasonable to expect them to have given evidence, especially since email evidence was available.

I can understand why AB didn’t give evidence but not MW.

Now DH dealing with non-attendance of the investigating officer. He's on weaker ground here. He acknowledges that attendance would have helped the tribunal but argues that there is evidence so who needs extra evidence really?

This is a trial about rape victims and their proper care and support.

It's a bit shit that these people get to whang on about being so 'distressed' that they can't answer for their actions.

None of these people gave evidence simply because doing so would undermine his case.

he's currently talking about the investigate report done by the third witness who should have really been there but wasn't

Now onto the non-attendance of MW. This should be interesting.

MW was not a decision maker in any of the procedures in front of you

DH is stuck between 2 conflicting points here. He's arguing in support of MW not attending on the basis of the claimant having proposed things about MW's involvement for which there's no evidence.

It's a mystery how such a gap could be bridged!

Why is someone as fragile as that working for an organisation that deals with properly distressing/traumatising situations?

they really shouldn't be! they aren't stable enough to deal with other peoples trauma

DH now moving onto trashing the evidence of Ms Jones about MW's hostility to gender critical views.
