NC is really going for all ERCCs batshit gender policies here isn't she?

ickky · 03/04/2024 12:39

NC just finished her closing statement.

Mr Hayes starting now.

HarpQuartet · 03/04/2024 12:39

Is this Mr Hayes speaking now?

nauticant · 03/04/2024 12:40

AuntieAntik · 03/04/2024 12:42

Snoring!

mateysmum · 03/04/2024 12:42

I think it is SO important that NC is drawing out the issues relating to GRCs, the judge's bench book etc, establishing in court (hopefully) once again that Stonewall law is not the law, that it is neither legal/required/fair to pander only to the wishes of trans and trans activists.
To misquote Pink Floyd, "it's just another brick (out of) the (Stone) wall.

HarpQuartet · 03/04/2024 12:45

I can't follow him at all. Is he doing a technical legal something-or-other first to respond to NC, or is this his actual case on behalf of his client?

Boiledbeetle · 03/04/2024 12:45
