RMW was not the respondents council in the proceedings. How interesting the plot thickens.
Read the tweet transcript of trials early on tonight. Noted that RM barrister made a surreptitious reference in her summing up, about an issue not included in her representations.
It might have to do with this RMW advice being a problematic issue. It is not considered polite to accuse a fellow barrister of conduct issues, as that would be for the Bar counsel, not a court proceeding.
Before the actual trial there are case review and direction hearings about what will and will not be included at trial, so i doubt we will ever know.
But RMW might find themselves briefs (Cases) somewhat reduced lets hope so
