EI is an intelligent person who used to understand the difference between "wearing clothes designed for women" and "being a woman". So I do wonder what's going on and how the ideology has taken hold here. I don't think for a second that Eddie can't understand the logical arguments, the statistics about the dangers to women of various services being mixed-sex, and the evidence of harm being done to kids (and other transitioners).

Is it more likely that a well-known transvestite realised the current climate provides the chance for more publicity, attention and the freedom to use women's spaces for his own purposes?
