I've never been questioned by a clerk but have never had a problem being let in.

the email address I use has my full name in it, wonder if that makes a difference?

I much prefer the all remote Tribunals as you can see whoever is talking. It is very hard to see anyone on here, especially as it is against the light from the windows.

At least we had the option to lip read.

Too right, a trailer for 'Partygate' had started autoplaying in an open tab and I thought I'd just played it to the entire tribunal when he started speaking to me! 💀

I agree. However, for Jo's sake I'm glad I couldn't see her face. It was clear how upset she was just from her voice. I didn't need to see any more.

I had forgotten but the very first tribunal I viewed my computer made a noise just as BC did one of his laser stares and I thought he had heard it and slammed my laptop shut in a panic and then waited til the next day to sneak back in.

Justin's voice suddenly cutting in on Wed brought it all back! 😳

P asking what was the final straw. JP said it was a university news letter in November 2021? Also no outcome with the grievance before Xmas.

Before you joined the OU did you have any knowledge of the culture you were joining.

JP, I worked with the OU over a number of years and knew roughly the landscape.

Jo - thought was joining a dept that shared a lot of values.

JP very keen to join that particular debt as it has, in her opinion, the best criminology modules.

Judge: date of crystallisation of GC beliefs? 🙄

Now asking about JP's GC beliefs. Asking when they crystalised for her.

How do you answer that?

JP all my life, sex is immutable, have trouble with concept of "identifying"
