Employment Tribunal starts next Monday, not sure if it is available for remote viewing.

Yes, I've seen this wanting everyone to be their whole selves in (BBC) resources for my child's school too.

It makes me want to scream. Paedophiles absolutely want to be their true selves around schoolchildren. One of the main points of safeguarding is keeping them out.

It's so obviously not true that 'everyone is welcome' and 'everyone is free to be themselves'. What about when one person's authentic self harms someone else? If you say that, you have no safeguarding.

The wholesale ignoring of the rights of other people is a feature not a bug - as in requiring people who want to use normal English to state pronouns (grumbles angrily into cup of tea.....).

Not sure they know what the issue is yet. Some of them have been waiting for hours. I know two people who were hoping to attend tomorrow to be supportive familiar faces in the public gallery while Jo gives her testimony, but it will involve time off work and an overnight stay (tonight) in a hotel, and if there's no chance of actually getting in...

I've been involved in a number of civil court cases and IME observers/ public just walked into the courtroom when it opened and the barristers etc went in, so no idea what this is about.

In my neck of the woods they are fanny biscuits ( for obvious reasons) @ickky .

They know there's a lot of public interest and that scares the OU. Their reasons will not stand up to public scrutiny.

Think they are having IT issues. I got in and the clerk was asking me questions and I thin trying to use me to see what the issues were. Scary as I haven't brushed my hair this morning and he wanted me to switch on mic and cam! Luckily! couldn't get them to work. They've kicked me out now and said will let me back in when it starts.
