Egg producer could be a past tense specific term ie: the person who produced that egg. So an adoptive mother is not an egg producer even thou she may produce eggs and a post menopausal woman remains an adult child's 'egg producer'

Just to pretend to indulge the batshit for a moment, 'egg producer' is going to have to be inclusive of 'once produced eggs and no longer does' and 'has the type of body with the potential to produce eggs but for varying reasons doesn't'.

It just means biological female. It very obviously just means biological female. The word for which is woman.
