Stonewall merely looked barking and incompetent you think? With advice it is expensive to follow and which is rather bad for your brand.

It says that in paragraph 2 of Allison's press release so not sure why you needed to clarify.

Congratulations Allison, I've always been convinced she didn't win against Stonewall, because their performance at the tribunal was so batshit crazy, that no one would believe any sane person would follow their advice.

They need to clarify so they can continue to hang onto the last threads of this cult as it unravels before their eyes.

Yes, she lost against Stonewall, because Stonewall made it clear that GCC were entirely liable for...er...any unpleasant legal consequences which...er...resulted from listening to Stonewall.

Their argument was basically: 'Yup, we were chatting shit, but we aren't to be taken seriously anyway. So YOU, the client who paid us for this bollocks...you're the one taking the financial & reputational hit for listening to us.'

Legal firms do tend to be a bit 🤔 when things like that happen.
