Have you guys not noticed how these claims are totally unsubstantiated? The child who identifies as a moon is on the hearsay of one pupil talking about an unnamed classmate. Same with all the others. Then the newspapers repeat the same stories. We're being duped, this absolutely is not a widespread phenomenon that we should be worried about.

There is also a massive difference between identifying as a literal cat, being a furry, and just messing around with how you present. Furries do not think that they are literal animals. It just suits right wind media to lump these kids together with furries because the furry community is full of dangerous sexual fetishes, many of whom target children.

But also, these kids do not think they are literally cats. They are just finding ways of expressing themselves, like goths do. We do them a disservice both when we ridicule them and when we take them too seriously. We also do them a disservice when we believe baseless rumours printed in trash newspapers.

Going by the girls recent recording 13 year olds stating biological truths pisses off some adults even more.

@MynameMyname I think the rebellion against has started with those two little girls in Rye. Many teens feeling the exact same & are having the courage to say no x is not a boy, no x is not a cat etc...
And they are right why are opinions & the truth being discarded just to validate someone living a lie? Why is society forcing this upon children?

@ModestMoon why is this logic not applied to trans kids??? Why not let them express themselves?
Why are they being mutilated, castrated, pumped with hormones?
But the cat identifying child is just not to be taken too seriously but other children playing with their identity are encouraged to mutilate of castrate & take life alternating hormones??

When it's secondary aged kids, they are either taking the piss or are very immature for their age. Either way, why the fuck are ADULTS playing along? That's the bonkers thing

@JacquelinePot but if a child identifies as a girl if it is in fact a boy they are encouraged to go on life changing hormone blockers, mutilation & castration surgery...
But the cat child is humoured & is playing with their identity, pushing boundaries.

Of course. But that doesn't mean you have to swallow any old bullshit printed in papers like the Sun or wild unsubstantiated claims posted on social media just because it feeds into your world view on that particular point.

Cats don't commit 90%+ of sexual crimes against children. Men do.

The coercion in the recording was more the issue but the girls did a great job at exposing it.
