Green periods??? I think I've seen it all now...!

Can anyone please shed light on this?! The last time I checked only women can get periods & it's been that way since time began! Am I seriously missing something?

But who will do the washing up, laundry and grocery shopping?

That quote about him being more of a woman because he's an intentional woman rather than an incidental one is really insulting. And deluded. For some reason it reminds me of when the six-year-old next door told me, "My garden is bigger than yours". Um you want it to be but you can see that it isn't, and someone stating that they're more woman than an actual woman doesn't make it true, it just makes them deluded.

"Identify as" is not the same as "is". Someone who "identifies as" probably "isn't'.

In every other situation we've been moving away from this style of language because it is dehumanising (eg. Institute for the blind -> Institute for blind people, the disabled -> people with disabilities).

Why do women get to be called Menstruators instead of women who menstruate? I find it offensive, reducing me to a function of my body, rather than acknowledging that I am a woman, who's body currently does this.

That is an excellent point @RecycleMePlease I'm going to try to remember that.
