There is plenty of coverage out there which explains the concerns over the bill. Also worth nothing that both sides of the political aisle have criticised the plans and queried how the Govt are going to ensure that this does not stifle critical thinking and the testing of ideas in the public domain.

But interesting how you immediately jumped to the conclusion that someone must only be interested in looking for illegal content.
