Dr Marci Bowers, WPATH President, (and Dr featured in "I am Jazz") has written to colleagues in WPATH to outline how they defend SOC8, given that it contains recommendations for best practice which are supported by very weak evidence.

This is a PSA as much as anything because Marci Bowers tell colleagues to force team trans issues with any other minority group, straight out of the Denton's playbook.

Bowers, a father of three, lives with another woman (lesbian apparently), is the 'rock star of surgeons'. Bowers' partner feels like Stedman (Oprah's partner).

Bowers waxes lyrically about how the neo vaginas they create are better than women's (how is that even a concept? It's not possible). All the more misogynistic and creepy because Bowers use to be a gynaecologist.

Another patient wanted to strip and pose so the interviewer could see his results.

Remember that 'eunuch porn' was signposted, including minors, in the WPATH guidelines.

There is no part of you which comes away thinking these are normal, well adjusted people.

What is upsetting the elites apple cart is that it's impossible for them to maintain strict messaging over decades to slip this Trojan Horse thru societies.

The messaging is occasionally too "honest" ie Bowers and WPATH let slip what's really making the agenda rather than obfuscating vague language on "inclusivity" and "accepting".

It's interesting that 15 years ago Marci talked about 90% of the patients Marci performs vaginoplasty on being able to achieve orgasm post op. More recently Marci has stated that almost 100% of patients who had effective puberty blocking at Tanner stage 2 and then went on to take wrong sex hormones were unable to achieve orgasm. I can't remember where I saw the video footage of that but I have seen it more than once. It was an online meeting, a zoom type thing, comprising of "gender affirming healthcare practitioners".

Children aged as young as ten are being medicated in a way that will deprive them of ever having an orgasm and those in favour of "gender affirming health care" think this is OK.

It's remarkable we are being accused of denying trans people the right to exist when it's supportive doctors, therapist and surgeons who are promoting trans eugenics.

I appreciate the fury Barry expresses in his video, why aren't all adults appalled by what is being done to children?

Marci is at least right about this: suicidality is being weaponised by TRAs yet again, and desperation put in play by WPATH and their ilk.

This twitter thread links to a paper published in the Journal of Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology, it's a case study about an 18 year old male who died from necrotising fascitis following an intestinal vaginoplasty. This technique is used in adolescents and young males who were so effectively puberty blocked that their genitals did not develop sufficiently to use the penile inversion technique.

It seems so.... balanced. I haven't read the thread that it was from but I can only assume that pharma money is what changed Marci Bowers' opinion.

Only if you in fact know perfectly well that you are matching a whole lot of gender stereotyping to biological women in order to first know wtf a woman is, and then doing a lot of indulging and pretending for the sake of biological males.

It's not subtle.

Marci Bowers says here that 'a penis is just a large clitoris' (speaking half way through this) but does seem worried about patients lacking sexual function if they've been on puberty blockers (but carries on operating on them).
