Shocking scenes in Auckland, TRA pours liquid on KJK

JacquelinePot · 25/03/2023 09:59

I'm not even sure what to say about this, I just find it really shocking.

Baying mobs surrounded the intended event, one got onto the podium and poured red liquid all over KJK and KJK had to be removed amidst a huge crush.

I hope everyone is OK.

When you delete the the entire part of my sentence from “or” onwards, then you have created a lie. A lie made by you about what I actually said. So yes, I agree no one has said the lie you have fabricated by truncating my sentence.

Abject apologies

this is your whole quote

I’m a bit shocked. I thought this was a feminist forum. I was appalled at the violence that KJK has faced on her tour and now I’m being told that every woman that has been assaulted by a man or a woman- is 100% the fault of the victim herself or women half a world away. This is really quite bizzarre.

you still said it….i fail to see how your full quote makes it any better

you said you have been told that every women etc

Ereshkigalangcleg · 25/03/2023 22:03

You can believe whatever you like of course.

@Ohnohedident KJK appeared in a YouTube video alongside far right nationalist Jean-Francois Gariepy. A white supremacist.

But we are not allowed to mention it in case it incites anger in a man and a woman gets hurt.

How many years have you been mentioning it for now?

Almost 4?

Was that the one where some right wing people turned up to an event of hers, which is an open mike event, and spoke?
The one where she had no idea who they were?

Your reaching.

You know we can read right?

i havent lied…

You do realise that these events occurred in two different countries?

Different stewards, different security, different police?

And that’s why the two different women who rushed KJK were treated inconsistently?

Yes I do. But all professional security firms should be trained in being able to assess potential threats accurately and to use proportionate force. What we saw were two failures by security. I don’t agree that in both cases her security made the right call.

No it was a male person, according to all the evidence I've seen.

Yes it was

Well I am. So far we have discussed the assaults on Lidia Thorpe and KJK. and in 100% of what we have discussed, it’s a woman’s fault. Either the woman herself (Lidia) or women half a world away (KJK).

I doubt anyone would say both security teams ‘made the right call’ seeing as the Australian teams quite clearly made a very different calls to the NZ team.

Ahhhh

gotcha

your post was badly written….fair enough explanation

You do realise that someone could screenshot your post and disingenuously present this as your genuinely held position?

Y’know, the way certain self identified feminists constantly twist and misrepresent the positions of KJK?

You sound like an expert, you've managed to assess the correct course of action without being there. You should contact them and give them some feedback and perhaps offer some training, I'm sure they'll appreciate it.

@Ohnohedident No. google it.

Boiledbeetle · 25/03/2023 22:15

So many posts online and on this board from women, supposedly, putting down KJK time after time after time. Like a dripping trap that just won't bloody stop. Not just today but months and years of them.

She's done this wrong she's s done that wrong, she's far right, she's aligned with the nazis, she's in league with Tommy Robinson. She goes on the wrong tv shows, she had her picture taken with the wrong people. She's womaning wrong. Why won't she be a good little woman and shut up.

Nothing ever good enough for them about her

They just come on here and on Twitter with their slurs and their insults and their accusations. Ignoring that it's not just a few women they are talking to or that their words might have real life Fucking consequences because people might actually believe the shit they spout about her.

But no, on and on and on they Fucking go.

Then act all surprised when people believe their words in the real world that she's a Nazi, despite never given one decent piece of evidence to categorically prove it.

So no no one on here actually thinks any women in the UK are responsible for some thugs half a world away being violent. BUT my god you helped spread the shit about her that led to It. And those of you who continued to spread the shit despite it being pointed out to you repeatedly that you were mistaken need to accept you are responsible for spreading some of the lies that led to yesterday.

So don't go being all upset that KJK and some posters are today making you out to be the bad guys. Because that's what you do to KJK every time you spout your bile. Only you do it with nothing to back up your accusations. At least in this instance there is proof all the shit people say about her.

As the TRAs claim words are literal violence. In this case that turned out to have real life meaning. Like butterfly wings you spout the shit here and the shit spreads out around the world.

Whaeanui · 25/03/2023 22:16

I would never rush towards a woman speaking at an event uninvited, shouting ‘you’re not welcome’ after they had been receiving death threats and clearly had security. What the heck do you think is going to happen? They had seconds to assess risk and I think handled it proportionately. It is what I would expect security to do for me regardless of sex of the person.

Whaeanui · 25/03/2023 22:18

It was actually the police in Canberra.

The security moved her away first. Then police took over.

Please clarify, are you saying it’s acceptable to physically assault a political opponent?

You do realise that someone could screenshot your post and disingenuously present this as your genuinely held position?

Y’know, the way certain self identified feminists constantly twist and misrepresent the positions of KJK?

Yes. But we are currently discussing violence against two women, Lidia Thorpe and KJK. I am shocked that I’m being told that Lidia essentially deserved the male violence, and KJK’s assault by a man or a woman depending on how one sees the footage wasn’t caused by her actual attacker, but caused by women half a world away in the U.K. per KJK’s tweet and numerous posts on this thread saying these U.K. women incited the violence.

It’s utterly bizarre and gutting. The individuals in both cases that did the violence are both being presented as completely innocent. I think one was a man and one a woman. Many of you think both attackers were male. And yet still defending their actions and excusing them…it’s actually worse in terms of internalised misogyny that you’re excusing them both if you think both were male.

Violence against any women is abhorrent. Doesn’t matter why they went to these events- whether they agree or disagree with KJK. All women deserve to be safe when expressing their beliefs and opinions. All women.
