Shocking scenes in Auckland, TRA pours liquid on KJK

I'm not even sure what to say about this, I just find it really shocking.

Baying mobs surrounded the intended event, one got onto the podium and poured red liquid all over KJK and KJK had to be removed amidst a huge crush.

I hope everyone is OK.

I’m a bit shocked. I thought this was a feminist forum. I was appalled at the violence that KJK has faced on her tour and now I’m being told that every woman that has been assaulted by a man or a woman- is 100% the fault of the victim herself or women half a world away. This is really quite bizzarre.

Why are you lying?

or do you honestly believe what you are saying

Whaeanui · 25/03/2023 21:42

is 100% the fault of the victim herself or women half a world away

Nobody has said that at all. See, lies.

You’re making a bunch of extra, made up leaps in order fit @Whaeanui’s words to your own narrative.

Which are?

Sorry, but I’ve been reading the thread to catch up and have seen that it’s been posted several times and deleted by MNHQ. I’m new here and don’t want to go against MNHQ. Perhaps you could go to Twitter? She posted it from the airport and clearly was very shaken up.

Thank you for this though…ive looked and I’m rubbish at twitter 😀

Blimey, the standard of volunteer Brighton special feminist shift worker is going down hill.

Do you think the Saturday night shift is the hardest to cover? We are getting some badly trained ones now.

As someone said earlier, saying nothing was always an option and would have been a far move effective way of distancing yourselves.

So women should not be allowed to speak? Ironic.

This is a childish way to debate.

We go from ignore KJK and say nothing about her if you don't like her message or methods to I'm being silenced if I'm not allowed to get away with lying with impunity.

You can say whatever you like but it's preferable to resist telling lies if being challenged about your lies offends you.

Attention everyone - do not buy anything from the adulthumanfemale.store or you could make the same mistake I did.

And do not donate either. I said DO NOT DONATE. My finger keeps slipping every time I look at her page and I've accidentally donated a fortune so far. Just going back to check if my finger is safe.

if your finger needs a break from her site I can give you details of mine....I mean if you give me a £100 I may or may not send you a book of questionable poetry written by some angry women... Then instead of sending the money to charity I'll spend it on weed!!!😎

Better to spend money on weed than on that godawful The Radical Notion rag!

And in our discussion above you have literally just victim blamed Lidia Thorpe for her own physical assault which saw her manhandled and pulled to the ground

Security were surrounding Posie for a reason. They were there to protect her. She’s had multiple threats to her life. They were doing their job preventing that senator from getting to Posie. Considering what just happened to Posie in Auckland, why the fuck is anyone questioning the necessity of security or their conduct in protecting Posie. Imagine if they did that in Auckland, just stepped aside. She wouldn’t have made it out.

DialSquare · 25/03/2023 21:49

So you want me to pay £100 for my own poetry Boiled?

I like your style!

You denied that Lidia Thorpe was assaulted and blamed her for what occurred by stating that it wasn’t obvious she was unarmed (inaccurate), that she was shouting and running (not the case) and that she “had to be stopped” as in violence against this woman was justified.

That’s not a lie.

KJK tweeted blaming “spiteful and jealous” women in the UK for the violence that unfolded. It’s in her first sentence that she believes this was the root cause.

That’s not a lie.

I honestly had expected more from MN feminist board than this misogynist crap. Why is it always our fault as women if violence erupts? We either deserved it, or we egged on the men/women who actually carry it out.

If you tell lies about someone to smear them as a Nazi/fascist and other people add to those lies which are then used by violent men to justify violence then do not be surprised if people tell you it would have been better if you had not lied.

You are blaming women for male violence. On a feminist forum. Have a word with yourself.

And nobody told lies, they questioned the campaign tactics of aligning with the far right.

She has never aligned with the far right. That is the lie everyone is upset about. How do you not get that?

Hepwo · 25/03/2023 21:54

Well, in Auckland they did just step aside for a random unknown woman in a pink dress who got within 10cm of KJK and she ended up assaulted with tomato soup poured over her head. A woman obviously carrying a container of liquid in her hands.

But in Canberra, an aborigine woman who is a known senior politician and public figure who is obviously holding nothing in her hands but a flag, she gets within 4 metres of KJK and she’s thrown to the ground.

Of course I’m questioning their actions. The violence done to Lidia Thorpe who obviously was not a threat is inexcusable. Especially when you compare it to their laissez faire, let the random woman carrying a container of liquid through and to stand right next to KJK.

Rubbish

you said now I’m being told that every woman that has been assaulted by a man or a woman- is 100% the fault of the victim herself or women half a world away

‘every woman thats been assaulted….is 100% the fault of the victim’

absolutely no-one has said this

Bluekerfuffle · 25/03/2023 21:58

I notice only one side is asked for opinions in the video. Also, since when has KJK been an anti-trans protester? Thought she was a women’s rights protester.

When you delete the the entire part of my sentence from “or” onwards, then you have created a lie. A lie made by you about what I actually said. So yes, I agree no one has said the lie you have fabricated by truncating my sentence.

Male. Not female.

SapphosRock · 25/03/2023 22:01

@Ohnohedident KJK appeared in a YouTube video alongside far right nationalist Jean-Francois Gariepy. A white supremacist.

But we are not allowed to mention it in case it incites anger in a man and a woman gets hurt.

You do realise that these events occurred in two different countries?

Different stewards, different security, different police?

And that’s why the two different women who rushed KJK were treated inconsistently?

No, that was a woman. An adult human female.

She discussed it in interviews on the tour. She's not hiding it.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 25/03/2023 22:03

No it was a male person, according to all the evidence I've seen.
