The WPATH stated in one of their earlier reports that taking testosterone means several changes and in those changes they included cessation of the menses. But it doesn't seem to happen to all who take testosterone, though earlier I read a medical article which states that menstruation ceases for more than half of testosterone-taking transitioners from the start. Those who have their uteri removed of course also stop menstruating.
The actual market size is therefore incredibly small in numbers. But there are female individuals who transition only socially, so they probably all menstruate and so do nonbinary identifying female people.
What I dislike about this is that it means 'woman' has been appropriated and no longer is based on being biologically female and adult (because the transmen and female enbies are female but refuse to be called women so none of us can be called women because we are women).
Nobody tells us what 'woman' now means, but attempts to find out answers to that question strongly suggest that it is comfort with sexist stereotypes about femininity or with retrogressive sex roles for women. This is terrible for women's rights.
