Luckily there are clips on YouTube and many wonderful analyses.

Gosh, so many questions.

'Who removed it?' and 'why?' being the most pressing.

Yep. KJK’s reaction video is a great way to see all the original footage.

WarriorNun · 20/02/2023 11:43

Luckily it's also been saved for prosperity #livinghistories 👏

Or hasty cover up?

Maybe Ted realised their brand was promoting conversion therapy/transing away the gay?

PronounssheRa · 20/02/2023 11:48

So many questions.

Datun · 20/02/2023 11:51

Given the amount of sources which are now citing homophobia as a significant reason for children to transition, it's not surprising.

And it's not stopping. Only a few days ago, you've got Munroe Bergdorf explaining how they went from gay man to transwoman. Juno Dawson's mum says they had to keep Juno's preference for dolls from Juno's father. And the Tavistock wondering out loud whether or not there will be any gay youth left.

How is an ideology that makes gay men not gay, not considered conversion?

Barnes book will be nuclear.

It's all so depressing.

I have zero doubt that the talk was removed because it's incriminating. So if the person knows it's bloody incriminating...why don't they reflect on that?

I did wonder why green allowed it to stay up for so long, precisely because it shows her in such a bad light.

WarriorNun · 20/02/2023 12:06

Does it perhaps take a lot of time to lobby these companies?

Fox Fisher too. I believe this was recorded at a Mermaids weekend camp. twitter.com/LilyLilyMaynard/status/1276983032495460357?s=20

It doesn't help to have trans, the T, latched onto LGB, because when it comes to kids I do believe - yeah well, obviously, for anyone - we're talking about gender, we're not talking about sexuality - and that kind of muddies the waters a little bit because people start to think that it's a deviant kind of thing ...

BernardBlacksMolluscs · 20/02/2023 12:17

It was always very clear to me that Susie et al thought of LGB as deviant. It’s why they didn’t see any issues with the S&M calendar and that hot tub weirdo’s fundraising for them. They just thought it was all part of being part of the LGB.

heathspeedwell · 20/02/2023 12:20

I feel so sorry for her child. Quite aside from the original complications that are so common with this drastic surgery, I think there is then a lifetime commitment to having further operations. For example don't silicon implants need to be replaced every decade or so? And having part of your colon removed can lead to lots of difficulties further down the line.

What was Susie Green thinking, putting her child's incredibly personal information out in public and expecting to be applauded for it? And I think all the images showing her child's 'cleavage' were in such poor taste, especially given that this young person is facing a future totally devoid of any sexual pleasure.

BernardBlacksMolluscs · 20/02/2023 12:23

I say it every time, but it’s like a horror film. She colluded in mutilating her child, motivated by homophobia, and then actively sought to make others do the same by gaslighting them that their child would commit suicide. The people behind mermaids are monsters. Humdrum, mediocre, everyday monsters

heathspeedwell · 20/02/2023 12:24

And when you think that if his parents hadn't been homophobic, he would be a gay young man now, having the time of his life.

BernardBlacksMolluscs · 20/02/2023 12:26

I feel a bit guilty talking about it because I cling to the hope that he never comes to see what was done to him the way I see it. How could he ever feel contentment in that case?

ArabellaScott · 20/02/2023 12:31

Wondering how that investigation into Mermaids is coming on.

Somanyquestionstoaskaboutthis · 20/02/2023 12:33

I have just driven past Mermaids and noticed an offices to let sign on it. I’m not sure if other businesses run from there as well so could be nothing to do with them.

ArabellaScott · 20/02/2023 12:33

CC investigation: launched in November, escalated in December.

How long is it likely to take?

And not only that, wasn't Jackie put into a beauty contest? And shown modelling clothes in media?

Really ramming home those bloody stereotypes.

DameMaud · 20/02/2023 12:34

Are there any other records of the original video apart from KJK's do we know?
