Jenny Jones of the Green party has tweeted:

"In 2015 I signed a letter calling for trans women to be housed in the female estate. But that does not include male sexual predators who falsely self ID to insert themselves into a space with vulnerable women."

twitter.com/GreenJennyJones/status/1618682444437393408

The comments are predictable, all on the lines of 'but with SELF ID how do you know which ones are false?'

Absolutely pathetic, I wish Magdalen Burns were here to prick these stupid self-serving, reality-denying egos.

Christ

Interesting that the letter was also created in December 2015 https://www.greenparty.org.uk/news/2015/12/07/green-party-backs-prisontransform-campaign/

It was around that time which Aimee Challenor knowingly employed David Challenor as his covenor… and it was around the time that David Challenor was charged with imprisoning/torturing/raping/filming a 13 year old girl in his attic, which Aimee Challenor also knew about.

Although I haven’t got the time to search for the exact times - here in this article, you can see that the victim was interviewed ‘towards the end of 2015’. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/7085352/david-challenor-rapist-tortured-girl-whip-electrocuted-coventry/

What this suggests to me, is that the Challenors knew that David was going to be put away for a long time, so they started doing what they could to mess about with the prison system.

Let’s not forget that the Challenors also created the ‘terfblocker’ software that many people, including politicians and journalists signed up to, in order to silence gender critical voices on Twitter.

The link has barely any steps of removal between a fetishistic, sadistic child-rapist and the policies that have been rolled out.

Datun · 27/01/2023 12:52

In my opinion there is no such thing as tru trans, obvs.

But there is certainly no such thing as to tru trans if you've just bent over backwards
to remove all the bloody criteria.

Velvian · 27/01/2023 13:11

... But what do they think gender critical women were objecting to in terms of self-ID if not this?

This is not the first time this has happened either, why wasn't this about face expressed prior to this?

I put it down to the hard work of women and men chipping away for years at this, until mainstream media like the Telegraph, some LBC hosts, Stephen Nolan etc etc got it, and then you're not starting from scratch when these issues need to be aired in the public realm.

Also the multiple own goals of TRAs helped break down doors for us! If 'acceptance without exception', for one example, hadn't been pushed so strongly, people might never have thought about what that actually means when you've got a cock-flaunting man in pink leggings who suddenly comes down with "prison-onset gender dysphoria" (thanks Helen Joyce!) !!

Call me crazy but maybe she should have read the letter before signing it - or suggested a change to reflect what she says she meant at the time before signing it?

Reverse ferret all your like, we have the receipts and we didn't trust you then and we don't trust you now Jenny.

WessexWanderer · 27/01/2023 13:27

They're tying themselves in knots now.

They've always said no man would falsely claim to be trans so self-ID is fine.
Trans women are women so can use female safe spaces.
But we didn't mean rapists because they might be falsely claiming to be trans...

Rainbowshit · 27/01/2023 13:29

The penny is finally dropping. They can't say they weren't warned.

LaughingPriest · 27/01/2023 13:35

They're dangerously close to maybe having to think about the idea of the notion of... some sort of criteria or definition of what 'trans' means, aren't they?

Not to worry, they'll head that off into the long grass as soon as they can. They did it with 'woman' (It's offensive to even ask what 'woman' means!! The question is WRONG, WRONG I SAY), it'll be even easier to do with 'but trans is so, so complex, no-one can ever really say what it means to any individual'....

electricmoccasins · 27/01/2023 13:38

It’s the No True Scotsman Fallacy…

No true transwoman could be a sexual predator; therefore a sexual predator is not a true transwoman…

LaughingPriest · 27/01/2023 13:38

Who else was spouting the, obviously ludicrous, claim that 'but no male would ever put himself through the gruelling process of transition (which I can't set out what that process actually is) or even bring himself to say the very words 'I am a woman' unless he was truly a vulnerable trans person, because of the immense SHAME that would cause for a non-trans man!' ?

OldCrone · 27/01/2023 13:42

Walrussy · 27/01/2023 12:42

Me too. "We're not worried about real trans women, just the predatory men who would self-identify in order to gain access to vulnerable women." No, sorry, there are loads of men who genuinely believe they are/are desperate to be women and a lot of them are still scary fuckers with some really violent sexual predilections and a refusal to accept boundaries. It's all there on the Internet, in their own words, for everyone to see.

there are loads of men who genuinely believe they are/are desperate to be women

Are there? We can't possibly know what someone else really believes. It's possible that they're all lying.

Adding to that, words like ‘shame’ and ‘humiliation’ are a big turn-on for fellas who enjoy the belief they debase themselves by being ‘feminised’.

Liar liar. Your bums on fire!

I mean if we are going to reduce ourselves to child like I didn't do it, I didn't mean to whilst the remains of the chocolate bar are still round their mouths I'm afraid that im sending this one to bed early with no supper.

Gonna have to be bottom surgery sorry boys

This is what it's got to be, but currently (and this is what annoys me) the term "transitioned" now seems to mean put on a wig and pink coat.

The definition should be "transsexual", which is someone having a medical diagnosis of gender dysmorphia which then allows for cross-sex hormones and full sex change surgery.

The current proposals are for the removal of gender dysmorphia diagnosis and self-ID after three months of cross-dressing.

RoyalCorgi · 27/01/2023 13:44

I struggle with how it's possible to be this dim. To use a quote attributed to Einstein: "Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe."

Boiledbeetle · 27/01/2023 13:48

One of the responses

Boiledbeetle · 27/01/2023 13:51

Helleofabore · 27/01/2023 12:10

Their entire argument now relies on:

'true' trans - therefore they now will have to completely pivot from the 'if they say they are trans, they are trans'.

Which puts an end to any use of 'believe people are who they say they are'.

OR that 'of course they never supported a RAPIST being put into a female prison or in the general prison population' - without knowing the prison system and just who and when people can be segregated AND without acknowledging that transitioned males STILL RAPE WOMEN!!!

Which brings us back to w ell how do you tell the difference? Hmmm how about instead of believing them we go back to having to go in front of medical people and actually be diagnosed with something!

I mean I personally have a different opinion but th e above would work for now!

Boiledbeetle · 27/01/2023 13:54

teawamutu · 27/01/2023 12:13

This is glorious.

And I'm so glad that women being locked in with rapists IS an issue that the public get exercised about. I was very pissed off that sports seemed to be the only bit that worked.

Maybe people flat didn't believe it would happen till they saw a live example?

It's the fact that again just like the short issue they could see the stupidity, even the stupidest of men realise you don't reward a double rapist with access to trapped women.

Boiledbeetle · 27/01/2023 13:54

Sport not short

Boiledbeetle · 27/01/2023 14:00

I'm just having a moment to imagine the politicians in all the countries that have snuck this into their legislation and suppressed the press are suddenly thinking the UK has foiled the long con and I hope they are also thinking

"Oh shit we are fucked"

VitaminX · 27/01/2023 14:04

But I don't think this is a 'turning point' or a line in the sand or anything. People on here have been saying this, that or the other will be a turning point for years and years. There were so many things where I thought to myself, "Well, surely the tide will turn now. This is so egregious. It's utterly indefensible. Now they will be forced to confront the issue and admit their mistakes." I am still kind of in disbelief that Yaniv didn't single-handedly tank the whole ideology. And remember Karen White? Politicians pandering to this ideology already allowed a male sex offender to sexually assault female prisoners. Didn't just risk it, that actually happened. The public found out about that over 4 years ago.

But somehow leading politicians are still stuck in TWAW mode.

Not to say that an awful lot hasn't been achieved and I know there are lots of things that have been slowed or thwarted. I do believe the tide will eventually turn, but I honestly dread to think how horrific it will have to get before our culture snaps out of this.

Having said that, I remember when Meghan Murphy was banned from Twitter for calling Yaniv a man and I genuinely don't think that would happen today, so I do believe the shackles on free speech are loosening. Even Mumsnet has become rather more lenient.

All of them. They've all spouted that crap at some point

bastards.

lifeturnsonadime · 27/01/2023 14:09

OMFG no wonder the Challinors wanted changes to prisons.

How any woman can have NOT considered the impact on women being incarcerated with men against their will is beyond me. Not acceptable for males with special feelings to be raped so women can take the hit. Vile.

BernardBlacksMolluscs · 27/01/2023 14:13

’I didn’t care about women prisoners but now the public are interested I’ve had a little think and maybe I do care a bit’

despicable

HumphreyCobblers · 27/01/2023 14:26

I am finding myself angrier and angrier. They were told over and over and over. A child could see the flaws in this ideology. They knew then it was abuse of women and they didn't care. I don't believe they care now, they just can't get away with it in this case.

My main hope is that Labour will see what way the wind blows and stop being so spineless. But I can never forget that they threw vulnerable women to the wolves out of political expediency.
