The hearing starts on 1st December 10am at London Central.

If you want to observe please send your email request to

[email protected]

The email header should read

PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST Case NO: 2200179/2022 Date 01/12/2022 London Central Ms R Meade - Westminster CC & Social Work England

I just asked for the link and pin and I also included my name & address, but I'm not sure if that is necessary.

I believe as ever that veg still needs sowing.

I've just familiarized myself with this case. Bloody hell!

I have an ED&I background and thus have to be very careful what I say/do professionally, but on my own private social media, I might 'like' a few things (not comment), and now people can't even do that?

(fortunately, I now specialise with a particular equality group that has nothing / little to do with sex and gender).

fiftyandfat · 02/07/2023 19:21

Is twitter no longer accessible to those not signed in now?

AutumnCrow · 02/07/2023 20:02

I've donated to Rachel. Will do again if my premium bonds pay out on Tuesday!

She's doing well - over £90,000 which is wonderful.

nothingcomestonothing · 02/07/2023 20:44

I've just gardened again, this is a really important case.

AutumnCrow · 02/07/2023 20:51

I daydream about winning big on my premium bonds or the lottery and then I can fund all these cases to a significant degree. I don't mean just pay for them all - I think it's important that lots people donate small amounts to show it's a grassroots campaign - but it would be great to know you can get them over the line.

mum2jakie · 02/07/2023 21:15

I'm not logged into Twitter and I get an error message when I try to open the link posted earlier.

IcakethereforeIam · 02/07/2023 21:18

Elon's locked down twitter, something to do with data mining. You have to have an account, I think, to see anything. It might be temporary.

Cailin66 · 02/07/2023 22:02

The comments on Rachel’s crowd justice even mention mumsnet. I did some gardening myself.

Redshoeblueshoe · 03/07/2023 23:17

So it starts on Wednesday . . .

Ameanstreakamilewide · 04/07/2023 17:02

I've just had an email from the Court, who have told me that it's starting on Thursday 6th, and it's in-person only.

Redshoeblueshoe · 04/07/2023 17:10

Will Tribunal tweets be allowed to tweet ?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 04/07/2023 17:13

Redshoeblueshoe · 04/07/2023 17:10

Will Tribunal tweets be allowed to tweet ?

I really hope so.

Which Tribunal was it where the Judge was a pain in the arse about TT?

I'm pretty miffed for Rachel actually, cos I like to think that having lots of terven dialling in, is a bit of moral support.

Redshoeblueshoe · 04/07/2023 17:19

Absolutely ameanstreakamilewide. Also aren't there limits on how many tweets you can read in a day ?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 04/07/2023 17:27

I think the Twitter limit was just a temporary glitch, cos I haven't seen that notification again since the weekend.

I'd feel pretty hard done by if i was Rachel. She's been passed from pillar to post with her hearings, more so than anyone else, it feels.

The email also says this - so, potentially it could change again!

Due to judicial resources, allocations are yet to be finalised and this could change. If it does then a further email with an update will be sent to you.

Princessglittery · 04/07/2023 18:35

So if it’s in person only it may impact on TT.

ToiletTroubles · 04/07/2023 19:06

Good luck Rachel, tended the roses a little 🌹

FriendofJoanne · 04/07/2023 19:57

It doesn't mention in person only on Rachel's crowd justice page. That's annoying - so no on-line viewing?

Ameanstreakamilewide · 04/07/2023 20:00

I received the email dead on 17:00, so maybe Rachel hasn't had a chance to update the Crowd whatsit yet.

Poor Rachel, her blood pressure must be sky high.

ickky · 04/07/2023 20:00

FFS It's getting beyond a joke now.

It does say the TT will be live tweeting, but nothing about in person only.

Maybe they had lots of requests to view online and cannot handle it.

Your last point has already occurred to me, actually. I was thinking about it earlier.

ickky · 04/07/2023 20:04

They must know that these cases have a lot of public interest so should be prepared for the online viewers. It is not that difficult.

OP posts:
Ameanstreakamilewide · 04/07/2023 20:07

Absolutely. There's no excuse for not getting yourself organised at this point.

Princessglittery · 04/07/2023 20:45

I don’t think they will have ever had so many cases with such high numbers of observers. COVID meant they had to use the technology and so they can’t now say it’s not possible. This is about open justice and so they do need to get their act together.
