The Labour leader is desperately trying to stay on the fence with his 99.9% of women are biological women schtick.

He repeated it in the recent MN interview.

Let me be clear, as he is so fond of saying, 100% of women are biological women. And as long as you keep pandering to this alleged "0.1%", we will lose the language we need to describe us, and we will lose the right to single sex spaces. Women are a sex class. And any attempt to pretend otherwise will fall over at the first scrutiny. And you will lose the election because you have manufactured an existential crisis for women. Try harder.

Biological women is a person who was observed female at birth, the one with the large gametes and the DNA that transwomen can never have.

I feel really let down by Labour, SNP and the greens .. biological sex and gender are not the same thing. Every cell in your body has a copy of your sex chromosomes - this is biological fact. I understand that some individuals will identify as female- that is clearly absolutely fine but their biological sex isn't changeable- you cannot change the chromosomes in every cell! ….everyone needs to understand and be at peace with that. %s is a nonsense and KS is intelligent enough to know that. Yes they are deliberately and/or cultishly conflating the two. Gender dysphoria both is and is not a medical condition that does and does not require healthcare. Depending on what flimsy argument TRAs are punting. And it always requires unquestioning affirmation or you are a Nazi.

And not all trans people have gender dysphoria so you are also a Nazi if you say they must have gender dysphoria.

I think at some point you guys have to understand that you're not going to be able to remove our rights under the EA and GRA, as much as you may desire to. Reform of the GRA is almost inevitable as well - what you gonna do when, like in 78 states / countries / provinces, nothing happens at all?
