LGBA barrister is doing a good job of showing that Roberts' animus towards LGBA is based on the fact that he believes holding the homosexuality is "same sex attraction" is bigoted and transphobic.

It seems that this is going to come down to the definitions between sex and gender identity. One being defined in law the other not. Of course Mermaids et al can use their own definitions but surely they can't then say LGBA are wrong to use the definitions in law?
Of course LGBA are going to talk about gender identity in order to protect LGB rights, how can they not when the definitions are polar opposites?
