I've not seen a thread on Amy on MN and the search didn't show up anything. She seems to be being put through the wringer by tras and by her nursing college.

I thought if she saw this thread it might be cheering , she's on twitter. I found her thanks to Bette.

At least Seaborn for the College is being clear and isn't relying on emotional blackmail, ie that institutions like the College have the right to control the speech of the members of the College, and that legally this is a well-trodden area.

It's because the case law isn't settled for a case having the particular circumstances of AH's case.

i guess i should have expected that the college would close with a strong statement on the colleges 100% all in, all inclusive view, and any form of non acceptance to the trans agenda would be harmful to the publics opinion of nursing. it's heartbreaking but i think the odds are stacked against amy. even though from a care perspective biology plays a massive role.

Current argument by Seaborn for the College is that if any transwoman feels uncomfortable with any medical professional, the transwoman's feelings are all, and you can then sanction the medical professional. In other words, you hand the power to transwomen to permit or prevent medical professionals to practice. With that being based simply on their, but no one else's, feelings.

The tweets bf is reading are AH criticising trans activists and fetishists. I wonder if the panel are awake to the consequences of holding that such criticitism must be outlawed.
