Who do they think spends lots of money with them?
I never understand this type of comment.
Women are individuals.
Do you really think you have to be trans or a man to disagree with them?
Plenty of women think '' good on them'' too.
Someone who is trans was discriminated against buying a dress.
Surely it's good customer service to try and rectify that?
Well, girasol at 17.27 posted a CEO reply letter. Did you read it?
Because, as I understand that letter, when they see a male they ask the other customers, undoubtedly discreetly, if they would mind changing with them.
IF women mind they're asked to wait until the changing room is empty of existing customers. If other women then want to use the changing rooms, they're told there's a transgender on non-binary male using them, and they have a choice to go ahead OR wait.
That's actually possibly quite acceptable and doesn't contradict the EHRC guidance or human decency.
This person was not discriminated against, they were asked to wait and threw a wobbly. Well, how outrageous not have let him in to the female changing room, when other women don't want them there.
