Charlie is clearly a grifter , I can see this happening all over the place. Wee grifters like Charlie causing a pile on & spineless, pathetic shops handed out free clothes to brats like him. Remember Monsoon also own Accessorize so that two shops on my list of companies to ignore.

Are Monsoon thick and deliberately trying to alienate 99.99% of their customers? The "Charlie's" who shop there make up a miniscule probably unquantifiable percentage of their customers so rather than say "Charlie Monsoon may not be the shop for you" they intend instead to tell women you don't matter because a man who wants to try on a dress is more important than all our biologically female customers.

Another shop on my list of not getting any further custom from me.

Actually, as they provided their customer services email so helpfully to Charlie, I think I will write to them. Ive just spent a good amount of money with them two weeks ago, and if they don't reassure me, in writing, that they don't let the fucking men into their curtained changing rooms I'll never shop there again, including online.

To be fair, there's nothing wrong with male people wanting to try on dresses. It's regressive to say that these are women's clothes only.

I agree. They should have one unisex changing cubicle, entirely separated from the women's ones. No men allowed in the women's.

Also apparently there has been transphobic abuse directed towards one of Monsoon's models on their FB, and this is somehow down to us even though we have never even discussed it here.

I clicked on the tweet and this is what Twitter showed me immediately after the Monsoon reply. I don't 'follow' either of these people, but I guess Twitter felt the need to shove their opinions about JKR and co in my face.

Twitter is very interesting in how it funnels accounts it tags as for/against any argument to pop up. It cant claim that is not directing traffic 🤷🏼‍♀️
