Whereas when it's used for a male appropriating womanhood, dressed in a bra and knickers in a pornified pose (eg. Munroe Bergdorf) that's entirely appropriate is it? Because that sort of thing is the main usage of that phrase.

And yes, I'm sure that JKR prefers 'yas queen' to 'I hope your teeth rot and fall out of your skull you bitch' which popped up on the JK Rowling trending tag today.

I've noticed this too - 'you might be interested in'... I don't tweet about this but it knows I follow GC accounts and read up on threads. Saying that I follow and interact with LGBT accounts too, so it could be from that.
