From what I can gather, Adele was steaming and went to a nightclub. Beyond that, she may have been trying to make a point, but I'm not at all clear on what it was.

I was actually there at the O2 (or Millennium Dome as I still prefer to call it) and the cheer from the very young crowd was huge, spontaneous and real. And it certainly seemed that Adele had taken a deep breath before saying it - best bit of the night for me!

"Adele just turned up on stage at G-A-Y to stick two fingers up to every transphobe who misinterpreted her words at the Brits and told the crowd: ‘You’re all women who identify as women."

Has Adele started referring to herself in the third person, because that doesn't really read like her 'clarifying her statement' or 'sticking two fingers up' more than a simpleton at the i with an agenda putting words in her mouth.

The quote about 'identifying as women' is another one that could be taken whichever way really. It doesn't really mean anything and fair play to her.

If that’s the case it would be great if she actually meant that it was “in her view”.

Because were told over and over again that TWAW is a factual statement. Someone saying it’s just their own personal view is a tiny step in the right direction.
