Did you take this up with Monica Sulley? When Sulley first came to public attention a few weeks ago, that picture of the little girls was on Sulley's Twitter feed as the header picture, with the girls' faces unobscured. It's down to Sulley, therefore, that these children's pictures are on the internet in the first place. The poster here has obscured their faces so they are no longer identifiable. Why are you having a go at her and not at Sulley?

Yes, volunteers did contact them. We are all well aware of the media code of conduct- and semi naked, suggestive poses with guns and showing possibly young members faces on social media are all against it.

Semi-naked lol. You mean she showed her shoulders. And those people she was pictured with who gender critical people have shared all over social media were very likely her grandkids given it was a personal facebook page and she has talked of having several grand children.

No, you haven't got this straight. So far we have only one second hand anecdote stating that one letter had been passed onto the police. Assuming said second hand anecdote is true, it's entirely possible this particular letter contained something genuinely concerning or objectionable that warranted this action. There is absolutely zero evidence GG have been passing complaint letters onto the police as a standard practise or would do so if the letter's content was not extreme.

I take it the majority of my post is therefore accepted as factually accurate. We shall see in due course if the police take this any further. I would be very surprised if this doesn't turn up in national newspapers if there is any substance to what's been alleged on Twitter today.

A quick google shows amongst others Dawn French, Kate Hudson, Elizabeth Hurley, Mel B, Justin Bieber, Ricky Gervais and Lady Gaga have all posted selfies of themselves in the bath. There are thousands and thousands of pictures of people doing the same. Are you really claming they are all a safeguarding risk and shouldn't be permitted to volunteer with children?

No but many of them have done charity work with children. And you can't see she's in the bath on that picture superimposed over what is very likely her family. Perhaps she just thought it was a good pic of her face. You've got to have some kind of mind to infer something sexual or predatory from someone posting a picture of their shoulders online.

You know underneath their clothes even girl guide leaders are naked.

Yeah MS's photo, posing in a short bondage type dress, brandishing a riding crop with the photo captioned: 'Now behave yourselves or Mistress will have to punish you', is sooo appropriate to put on a public account as a senior GG leader.

We've been through the gun thing. There are lots of pics of girl guides shooting online. It's not a real gun, shooting is a sport.

As for the leather dress, Rita Ora, Madonna, Rhianna, Nicky Minaj, Amanda Holden, Kim Kardashian, and many many other women have posed in similar outfits. Should they all be banned form working with kids as well?

Of course it did. If someone was sharing pictures of your grandkids across social media without your consent wouldn't you take the pic down?

It is everybody’s responsibility to keep children from harm. Any sane decent human being can see that.

I've seen one of the letters written by one of the women who have been visited by the police, as she's a friend of mine. Absolutely nothing threatening or violent in it. Why would there be? We aren't the violent thugs in this argument.
