But it’s completely normal in prisons to segregate different populations, where one population is at risk of violence from the other, (or both from each other.)

You segregate sex offenders and pedophiles. US prisons are race segregated. NI prisons are sectarian segregated. And of course all prisons throughout the civilised world are sex segregated. Segregation in these cases is not discrimination, it’s just a practical way to reduce violence in prison, so arguments that segregating TW from women is discrimination don’t hold up, even for someone who pretends to think TWAW. I just really want to see a believer have their feet held to the fire on this one.
