If it were a true transwomen (so felt they were in the wrong body until surgery etc), they would not be taking their penis out in public. The self identify crap is taking us into a weird and fucked-up world.

If the police are to be recording crimes by sex, then won't that create an interesting scenario where the media will be referring to a woman and the police to a man. Especially if it's one where the police release statements. And then how is this going to be in court where compelled speech already exists?

Come on, can we please be kind here? Transwomen is the most oppressed and marginalised group out there.

There is just one thing I am struggling to understand. Why is this particular oppressed group to…forward…with their genitalia?

Which other oppressed group has their oppression manifesting as public masturbation? And historically, which other oppressed group threatens to rape their oppressors?

Courts is down to the Equal Treatment Bench book and training of judges by TRA's - see Maya's case. I think it's due back in court again at some point. Maya argued that the judicial college should answer her FOIs. The judicial college tried spout some nonsense along the lines of no requirement to answer an FOI because they changed their name at some point so the laws of the land no longer applied to them.

It happens too frequently for it not to be given some further investigation. How much has female sex crimes increased since men who say they are women are recorded as female , become common practice?

I hope this isn’t going down as a female crime in the statistics.
