TT Exulansic Youtube

I've been watching TT Exulansic's videos on YouTube having seen a link to them on here. I have learnt so much - what she is sharing is so necessary in terms of this debate. I'm also finding them really upsetting. I'm so shocked by what I've seen and just wanted to talk about them here. If you haven't watched any yet, please do.

I have a condition which has meant having plastic surgery to make my body look more 'normal'. I've had multiple, very painful surgeries which have left me in a degree of chronic pain but ultimately, I have achieved my goal in that I now have a much more normal looking body which it is easier to go through life with. These surgeries have had a clear medical benefit beyond my appearance being changed, just to be clear. I have a medical condition which has objective markers. There is evidence having gone through these surgeries, I will now have better physical health in my old age and will be less likely to experience certain complications which the condition can end up causing so the benefits definitely aren't just cosmetic - it's just the cosmetic benefits meant a lot to me as a patient. My body was 'wrong' and that was badly affecting my mental health and so I've put myself through a lot to make it look 'right.'

So there I am with having gone through this journey and so I think watching these videos on YT feels that little bit more personal in some ways, even though I don't have gender dysphoria and my surgeries were completely different. I knew already that things like constructing a 'penis' out of someone's arm was utterly barbaric and had a high failure rate and I knew there could be complications with attempting to construct a vagina. I just had no idea how frequently there were complications and how dangerous this journey is. I suddenly have the view that it must be almost impossible to go through them safely - at the very least you are risking fissures and strictures and those can lead to serious complications. Just taking testosterone is likely to lead to heart damage, too. There are going to be so many people who go through these operations and who die prematurely because they end up with sepsis or other infections.

I just watched the latest video on Jazz. I felt sick to my stomach at that one in particular. How has this poor kid got any kind of future? Jazz is severely depressed, 150 pounds overweight, has no sexual functioning at all, has already experienced multiple surgeries and complications and is likely to experience more. It's a crime to be doing this to vulnerable young people. If Jazz hadn't had these surgeries, we'd be looking at a young man embarking on a degree at Harvard, perhaps at the beginning of a journey where he felt comfortable with his sex and his sexuality. He'd be out having fun. My surgeries were so incredibly tough but on balance, they were worth it and while I'm in pain here and there, I don't have any additional complications which will actually threaten my life. That isn't the case with trans surgeries. Surgeons are literally butchering healthy bodies. They must know they are. How have things been allowed to go in this direction? (I know the answer to that really)

Also on that twitter thread there's a petition to reinstate her.

Just testing because either new posts are not loading or are being deleted...

endofagain · 06/02/2022 09:47

odysee link shows "no content found".

BraveBananaBadge · 06/02/2022 09:50

Is this a coordinated effort to get her off every platform at once? It looks like it?

Has this happened to anyone before?

endofagain · 06/02/2022 09:57

It is really strange that new posts don't appear on the thread, even though I can see the first few words when I click on "Threads I'm on". It is only happening on this thread.

lovelyweathertoday · 06/02/2022 09:57

If you search for exulansic on odysee you can find her.

CuntAmongstThePigeons · 06/02/2022 10:10

Signed the petition. Absolute disgrace that her channel is taken down and yet violent porn is allowed.

RVN123 · 06/02/2022 10:30

Who else but a CULT would try to ban someone else's freedom of speech?
This movement is a CULT.

This is 1984 guys, and we are living in it. Wrong-speak is not to be tolerated.

Up yours YouTube.
Respectfully, a Woman (adult human female)

LilithOfEden · 06/02/2022 10:50

Odysee working fine for me. Thanks to Benji for her helpful links.

DialSquare · 06/02/2022 10:54

Oh FFS. I was watching her latest video last night.
For such a small group of uninformed bigots who no one else agrees with, they sure want to shut us up.

Alekto · 06/02/2022 11:01

This is working for me odysee.com/@Exulansic:d

The squalid basement dwelling men behind these authoritarian power shows are really exposing their lack of knowledge if they think censorship will work. It's as though they don't realise women spend their lives going round the obstacles placed by men.

Scraggythang · 06/02/2022 11:14

Hmmm. Not working for me. Content not found.

I still had the other Willoughby video to catch up on!… incidentally wonder if those videos helped get her banned. Willoughby would’ve gone nuclear!

nauticant · 06/02/2022 11:17

odysee link shows "no content found".

The @ symbol causes the MN website coding to automatically add asterisks into the link. If you remove those, the link works.

You'll often see the Odysee website referred to as "far right" because it's the destination of choice for some content providers who've been censored by the big Internet content-driven companies.

RVN123 · 06/02/2022 11:20

Just type her name as a search in the search bar. It came up for me.

Followers have already gone up by 10 since I joined this morning.

LilithOfEden · 06/02/2022 11:21

Just like Parler then, @Nauticant . They force everyone they don't agree with off a platform, those people start a new one, and then get screamed at for being right wing. It's infuriating, but eye opening, as a life long leftie, to see how factions of the left like to operate to shut down free speech.

FOJN · 06/02/2022 11:22

Odessa links here not working for me but the link from atwistedfemales Twitter is working.

Link to atwistedfemale posted at 08.46 by FannyCann.

nauticant · 06/02/2022 11:26

Indeed LilithOfEden. And as an example of the silencing effect, when you look on Odysee you'll see the views are in the tens rather than in the ten thousands she was getting on youtube.

Melroses · 06/02/2022 13:55

The @ symbol causes the MN website coding to automatically add asterisks into the link. If you remove those, the link works.

Worth noting for future reference. I suppose the MN @ to other users wouldn't work properly otherwise.

Scraggythang · 06/02/2022 17:58

Got it to work. Thanks.

Xoxoxoxoxoxox · 06/02/2022 18:26

Censorship plain and simple.
Terrible that any one seeking trans surgeries is not allowed to see the negatives, no criticism allowed, positivity and affirmation only.

You can avoid reality, but you cannot avoid the consequences of avoiding reality

This is why I am really against legislation around hate speech. Ultimately it can be used to suppress almost anything that goes against the mainstream view.

@LilithOfEden

She's a victim of her rising popularity, and persistence in calling people out, and so had to be shut down. I can see them coming for Karen next, who has a similar style.

In her last video, she was calling out some Harvard professor and their cohort for issuing a "racialised" caricature of her - comparing it to the grotesque cartoons of the 20th C depicting suffragettes and jewish people (Ex is Jewish). It depicted her with exaggerated features, swarthy skin (nowhere near her skin tone), a large nose, goofy teeth and riding a tricycle like a little girl (suffragettes were often depicted as minors, i.e. stupid and immature).

I think she was due to be or has been interviewed for a forthcoming Triggernometry. I hope the Trig boys don't bail on her.

Fucking Youtube.

Exulansic was losing Subscribers Lillith, not rising in popularity, due to her recent focus on DSDs/VSDs.

She was also mistaken to allege that Carole Hooven, the Harvard Professor, "and her cohort" (whoever they are supposed to be) had anything whatsoever to do with that insulting video. Hooven didn't even know it existed until someone told her about it on Twitter:

mobile.twitter.com/hoovlet/status/1490434786183286795

The person who made that video included various clips from other videos and credited them, and at the end of the video there is a list of "Special Thanks to" people, including names with which many of us will be familiar - and one of them was Carole Hooven.

Quite why Exulasic has singled out Carole Hooven rather than any of the others is a mystery.

Someone asked in the video comments why they all those people had all been listed for "Special Thanks" and the video maker joked, "I paid them".

Obviously a joke. However, Exulasic has explained that she has social-pragmatic communication difficulties and maybe she interpreted the comment literally.

The list of "Special Thanks" starts rolling here and you can see how ridiculous it is for Exulansic to imagine that all of these people were paid to co-author that video and would therefore, somehow, be collectively responsible for commissioning a caricature cartoon of her:

It is also very hard to imagine that anyone Exulansic "called out" was responsible for getting her Channel deleted.

The vast majority of her videos were about trans people and it is far more likely that they are responsible.

In fact, here they all are gloating on r/asktransgender about taking her down:

www.reddit.com/r/asktransgender/comments/s9crjw/terfs_using_my_story_to_make_money_and_promote/hvrq8t2/

I followed Exulansic on YouTube from early on and I hope she gets her channel back but she was bound to get hammered eventually. The TRAs got her banned from TikTok several times, then from Twitter. It's a wonder she lasted as long as she did on YouTube.

I don't know if she was getting bored with dissecting trans videos but that was what she was best at. Apart from the diversion into analysing Kim Petras's hip mobility and balance, which was less convincing.

Personally, I found the series on CAIS a bizarre distraction that served no useful purpose, was handled extraordinarily insensitively - and she lost Subscribers who found her approach offensive, dehumanising and stigmatising.

Maybe it is because she is a Speech Path that Exulansic showed more compassion towards Samantha Lux, suffering post-op vocal and facial trauma, than Kim Petras suffering post-op mobility issues and Dalea Rundblad's trauma's due to maternal bereavement, multiple adoptions, Rheumatic Fever and medically-necessary surgeries.

Goldshelfie · 08/02/2022 10:44

She seems to be back up on YouTube now, it looks like she's having to start over which is shit but at least she is back.

Bosky · 08/02/2022 11:02

That's good news! It looks like she has a lot of videos saved as there were old ones on Odysee
