Seems so.

So none of the intimidation charges were found proved? Ffs

Will now wait here for the ‘reasons’ to be typed up rather than leave and go home. That way I can post on her straight away

As far as I can tell, nine 'charges' (for want of a better word) have been found "Not proved" but the others (I counted 30) have been found to be "Admitted and proved".

Yes the only things proven were the ones he admitted. Fitness to practice to be determined. Haven't read the reasoning yet.

I think it's possible that Hunte could self-servingly lead an impulse-challenged AH straight into a barrage of further complaints around 'gloating' and more ill-judged public behaviour for a doctor.

Hunte is bad news for AH. AH has no real friends in this crowd. They're all using him because of his medical credentials, and they'll destroy him and his career. He needs help for his validation issues, not further notoriety.

So updated allegation sheets and tribunal continues tomorrow at 9.30am?

I don't get how the E golf tweets could be anything other than designed to intimidate. It's hardly some esoteric ancient code they were using.

I'm not saying this was right but bear in mind the absolute saga the bloke went through who posted they were "gonna blow that airport sky high". Yet obvious allusions to actual proven assault being repeated are dismissed!

To allow both sides to read the stage one determination and plan their stage two strategy.

If his consistent repeated harrassment isn't counted as cyber bullying, the panel really need to go away and learn what the internet actually is.

Some of the ‘not proven’ were just so flipping obviously meant to be threats and intimidation. How can they judge otherwise?

Yes Spindles. When he started his tweets there were a few medical types he interacted with on Twitter. They have all distanced themselves and for a couple of years now and he has only had the very worst bottom-feeders to talk to. The really nasty trolls.

As I said, an awful lot of medical tweeters are following the tribunal tweets account. His career is toast, no matter what happens.
