Wow to that reversal from Radcliffe. That's really quite a turn-around.

From what I have read it seems like Watson was always the most vocal TRA out of the three child stars so it'll be interesting how she deals with the backlash against her..

We have the same with the fucking Potter tour guides up here. Bloody hypocrites bitching about JKR on their website but still filling their pockets with money from Potter fans.

Those tour guides do my head in, Rhannion. They’re bloody lucky she doesn’t sue them into a hole in the ground for profiting off her work, and they still do it, even while denouncing her!

I am so happy to read the nice stuff about her Daniel Radcliffe has said and I think it deserves quoting for as much exposure as possible.

No that’s what he said. Yes he does repeat himself but it makes sense to me- the ‘people she writes’ means her characters.

That nothing will ever be enough. Do decide on and draw whatever line is appropriate to you and stick to it preferably one befire you become a laughing stock having to deny reality and end up like LN , JS and DB etc.

Always best to draw a boundary or you will forever be trying to keep up.

Re: the actor ingrates, maybe they should admit ambition & wealth matters more to them than courage or loyalty. They might ask to be rehoused in Slytherin, but of course Slytherin would refuse to admit them for being 'two-faced little weasels' and 'a bit much even for us'.

Thought it was just me Klinkerbell. Not a scooby 😂

My DS writes and directs independent films, having just finished a new 20-minute drama just recently.

He's in touch with all the modern tech - editing software, top-end Mac, RAID array etc.

He reckons within five years it will be possible to digitally replace Watson, Grint and Radcliffe with either other actors or digitally created ones, in every scene in each of the seven HP movies, plus dub new audio. I suspect the other quislings could be replaced as well.

So they'd just be the 'initial' actors, replaced by others for approved recuts of the films, likely necessary when the entire TRA cause dissolves into accounts from a generation of detransitionersit brutal and medical abuse claims. I imagine Warner and JKR could happily pursue such a strategy, as the original three became horrifically toxic in the eyes-of-the-public.

A bit brutal, I know. Some Warner exec though in the near future might propose it. I'd certainly be willing to buy a box-set of all the HP movies without the quislings. Having associated themselves with those who sent death and rape messages to JKR, sent child pornography to her social media accounts, attempted to cancel her in every respect...it would be a fitting response.
