I find this so interesting.
The speed and extent to which they turn on those who had up until that point been supporters.
The guardian is seen as extremely anti trans as is the BBC. These individuals.
They seem determined to lose their friends, essentially.
In this case. These people are actors. Doing this will make them lots of money. And you know. Maybe they really want to. Get back to that story, work again with those actors they essentially grew up with. Maybe they feel really passionate about the script. Maybe they want to round off the story, do something with the character.
I mean I'm not an actor and it's prob cash but you know. It's up to them. I mean it's not like they're going off to sell arms to North Korea or run a whaling ship or whatever.
How Widespread is the shock horror and is it just on Twitter? Twitter is not real life nowhere near and I think some on the tend to forget that.
If it does gain traction more mainstream they'll be regretting that virtue signalling...
The thing they need to do / at some point have done is apologise to jkr. Who made their careers. Apologise in private not more public stuff.
With SM esp Twitter well mainly Twitter. So many people have lost the plot. No consideration. No reflection. Just splurge out whatever. It's across the board. The amount of people like politicians, celebrities, police saying things that are blatently misjudged/ outrageous is incredible.
