Men who identify as women can now have the menopause !

This is what we were told today on an 'Inclusion' meeting...by a man
I work in a male-dominated industry and they just said this.

'Women or if you identify as a woman please reach out for menopause advice'

Why would anyone who wasn't going to have a menopause want one. Surely it's like me wanting age related prostate checks and issues?

I will make a prediction - that as the public dialogue around the menopause increases, as it becomes something that women talk about together, write about, organise around, and as the social media profile of menopause symptoms and care grows - we will see more and more attempts to erase women from it. And I doubt very much that this push towards erasure will be coming from menopausal trans men. That it should be facilitated by female menopause doctors who have been vocal about the invisibility of menopausal women within the healthcare system, is desperately disappointing.
