I only got half way because my blood pressure is rising.

How can any human being prioritise the ‘feelings’ of a hypothetical ‘trans kid’ over the very real serious sexual assaults that one student ;that we know of) has been able to carry out because of their ‘rainbow policy’. Seriously - have they no compassion - do they not think for one moment ‘what would i do of that was my kid’?

But then I remember speaking to some ‘right on’ parents when they said that their child had been mugged and beaten up on his way home from school. They were outraged! ‘Oh those poor kids (all 3 of them), they must have had such trauma in their lives to want to mug another child’. (No they were a gang of older teen ratbags beating up and stealing from young school kids).

The poor girls at that school - they have no one to speak up for them; no one to protect them.

What frightens me most is it doesn’t seem like anything has happened to this boy (and yes, I will refer to him as a boy as he’s used his penis as a weapon)? I appreciate they are saying his court records are sealed but surely if he had been convicted the girls dad would know? I don’t really know enough about the American system but it seemed like the charges for the rape of this man’s daughter hadn’t gone anywhere but the assault of a second student had?

Sealed because of his age? Surely this isn’t shoplifting penny sweets and ot would stop him getting a job... this is serious sexual assaults

We end up with people like Wayne Couzens when this kind of behaviour is not dealt with when it first arises. The perpetrators realise that they can get away with sexual assault and it escalates from there.

This happened in USA, there are currently over 2,000 children in the US serving life sentences without parole, many of those for seriously violent crimes, but many for what would be classed as joint enterprise, its not like the US justice system doesn't have teeth.

I hesitate before bringing out the conspiracy theories, but if that article is even half way true there is something very off here.

This is middle American. Generally conservative republican leaning. But we now have schools concealing rape on school grounds, censoring parents, labelling parents who speak up as terrorists. Weaponising their very own middle americanism against them.

There's some proper 1984 type shit in this story. The gas lighting and campaign of misinformation, the police in collusion with the school and prosecutor to persecute the victims, the rainbow heart woman and her group gathering information of dissenters and trying to destroy their livelihoods. It's terrifying. And the last paragraph sounded like the poor daughter has been brainwashed about the "progressive" agenda. Very Winston Smith loving Big Brother in the end.

I don't know. He didn't really know anything about this kid, and it was still a serious charge that meant his daughter wouldn't have to testify.

Recall that persons on Twitter said the same thing (the misgendering part) when ChrisChan raped ChrisChan's own mother, who has dementia.

This worries me too. I am concerned something will come out that implies the parents made all the accusations up, and it will be used as a wedge to discredit all parents who object, particularly if they are Christian.

If he agreed to plead guilty to a felony charge of aggravated serial battery that would be a good resolution for the family. Surely the girl doesn't want to give evidence at a potential court case or have it hanging over her for months. Being cross examined, having her credibility questioned etc. It also gives me even more sympathy for the dad and that his response is measured and balanced.

What a mess.

This is a cult and it's attracting narcissists and sociopaths who see a clear path to power by following the scripts and the playbook of the far left. It's completely terrifying for those girls and terrifying for all females that this is happening in a quiet conservative suburb. It is not going to stop of its own accord. We need to fight back.

It all seems too perfect to me. The decent, working class father, just standing up for his daughter. Arrested and charged in a way that seems unreasonable enough to attract huge public attention. School board members making counter-claims that nothing occurred being held up as awful for not listening to this father and his daughter.

Smith (or maybe his daughter) will shortly go on record confessing that there was no attack, and that Smith and a group of bible bashers got together and made the allegations up to keep the “wicked perverts” out of their children’s bathrooms.
