Hubbard’s technique is awful. If Hubbard were female Hubbard would be unable to shift even close to the weights Hubbard lifts. Hubbard is only able to lift big weights because Hubbard has the strength advantage of being male.

Feels like a massive Trojan horse. Look, Hubbard couldn’t challenge for medals so let all men who call themselves women into women’s sports. Assholes.

Obviously there'll be loads of excusing this travesty by saying "why the fuss when they didn't win?"

As someone wrote on twitter, that's like arguing that drug testing only needs to be carried out on the medallists.

And there's no way a transman could go and compete in the men's category.

Yep. I’m anticipating an interview tomorrow (with obligatory doe eyed photo) about how their mental health has suffered from all the GC comments and they were unable to compete and people need to be kind etc.

I’m so angry for those who missed out. Surely this persons age should and injury record would have ruled them out (in normal selection processes) in order to give an up and coming person some experience.
