Scrambled tofu you need a pinch, no more, of black salt to get that eggy taste. Tumeric adds colour and a depth and I like a bit of garlic, paprika and onion powder in mine.
A firm tofu is best, as silken becomes too saucy.

They’ve posted this on Instagram. Which says their staff have experienced threats of violence which is in no way acceptable. However they were complicit in Milli Hill being on the receiving end of similar abuse (this in no way makes it acceptable).

Because I feel I should cut down on buying eggs. I get the organic free range ones but still. And living in a flat in London, it’s not like I can keep my own hens or buy from someone I know.

I’ve been getting into making sourdough & its gorgeous. And yes, but I’d rather have eggs occasionally & be really happy with their provenance.

Hens are an absolute pain to keep, apparently, take a lot of cleaning out. But supposed to be trainable and can be taught to play football.
One advantage of tofu is it doesn't go off as quick as eggs(I think, only just started cooking them again for vegetarian son. He's not best pleased with them. But then he rejects tofu too, so at least he's consistent!)
I believe hens might be matriarchal. They certainly don't take shit from roosters anyway.
