I’ve dug out my kazoo and am making an attempt to learn Bunbury’s 1st Symphony, accompanied only by the howling of my much loved hound and the distant sound of traffic on this sleepy Sunday afternoon.

I believe that I'm playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order.

Is your much loved hound tuneful?

Unless you've seen that thread you may not know what I'm on about but they'll probably be in here soon pissing all over the carpets.

No, don't bother, I know nowhere is.

Take heart: none of them can play a trombone, they're too busy wasting their breath on trying to unsuccessfully produce coherent arguments.

And I have been conscientiously drinking from bottles all the same size and then keeping the empties, in order to make a bottle xylophone -- only I have been using wine bottles, not fizzy water ones like they do in the places that tell you how to do it.

Let’s just say, he’s about as tuneful as certain posters on this board today, and quite possibly less hairy.

He is particularly snuggly though, and is therefore a million times more valuable.
