The question is the same. It is the guidance that has changed so that your Alex must be the one recorded on your birth certificate. So no self ID

It appears this means the sum raised can now pay for other campaigns. Great news.

Yes - the ONS have now effectively made a £100k donation to women’s sex-based rights activism. A drop in the bucket compared to all the public money Stonewall gets but still a nice little tip in the right direction!

SUCH great news!! What idiots they were but so glad they’ve been forced to correct this.

Last night Mermaids was still advising people to complete it in the way that suits them best and suggesting that it wasn’t compulsory to read the guidance - the government need to make it an offence to deliberately distribute false information/encourage lying in this way.

And just yesterday i was so angry about this and the fact they sent me one paper form when I asked for several, that I requested a whole lot more. I wonder if they didnt realise the strength of feeling but then millions started asking for paper copies and they thought on.
