It's supposed to show that a regular lesbian is willing to partner up with any 'woman' regardless of whether they have male or female anatomy while a SuperLesbian will only partner up with a woman who has female anatomy.

The original tiktok account was closed down. Apparently the 16 year old boy who made the video wasn't too upset over the death threats he received himself but he deleted his account when his mum started to receive death threats.
