My understanding for civil court case* is that 100% is very rare. You are expected to fund a reasonable case and you get costs awarded for having to go beyond that.

*only one that I was involved in which should never have got as far as court, but some people will argue up is down - tend to keep away from courts

Lush are bigmouths, saying people wearing an 'adult human female' t shirt are not welcome in their shops, had signs up saying 'No transphobes' (by which they mean people who think women should have rights too.) Really aligning themselves with TRAs.

But WPUK shared how they're funded, and they'd received money from Lush. TRAs see WPUK as anti-trans hate group, so in their eyes Lush are pretending to support trans rights whilst funding the devil.

How can it be legal for parents to buy drugs that are strictly controlled here and give them to their children? Surely that's abusive?
