Another Scot here! Exiled in England though. I actually used to love haggis, and black pudding. Tried a vegan black pudding recently and it was a bit meh until I ground a load of black pepper over it, yum.

Black pepper was the only 'spice' my Granny used. She was from the Orkney Isles when it was not so easy to get fancy ingredients.

DH and I (both Sassenachs) went through a phase of eating haggis in our 20s, starting out of curiosity. It’s pretty tasty though offally. We haven’t had it in years.

Morning everyone, I've brewed up a pot of strong black coffee and a pot of tea for Errol, caffeinated as it's the morning. Hope there are no sore heads out there today, or sore stomachs from the slightly bizarre buffet.
