Plain as in tap please but not thrice kidney filtered. When I was able to visit my relatives in Essex on those halcyon days before Covid I had to put mineral water in the kettle to boil as, otherwise, the tea would have a greasy film on top.

Hi, can I join please? I've been lurking here since Jan/Feb when I found FWR from an article in Feminist Current. This seems like a friendly place to say hello. I've really missed female company since lock down started, but feel a bit wary of posting on the other threads as I'm not as articulate and knowledgeable as most!

If that's OK I'll just sit quietly here in the corner, with a dry white wine. (Which is probably what I would do in RL, to be honest!)

I think they harvested most of my organs some time back. And I think I inadvertently married one of them at one point (many name changes ago, so I'm not sure if she remembers). But they're nice really.
