I’ve had a few deletions but never gotten a proper telling off. Or at least, I don’t recall getting one.

I did once have some comms re: whether any of the parents of kids with rapid onset gender dysphoria were being targeted by external complainants, and the Mumsnet admin I spoke to said that anyone who gets multiple complaints made against them will be in discussion with mods about it already, so inferring no.
