I prefer to think of a different pronounciation. You really can't make a name like Oger up for someone who would be so pleased with themselves around denying a mental refuge to victims of rape.

I guess it's similar to here in UK. A service provider can provide single sex provision (excluding all males, whatever their legal sex) but funding streams (and I think this is often the case with LA funding) might have criteria which means they only fund 'inclusive' provision. Many UK DV orgs provide services that aren't exclusively female alongside female provision, which would mean meeting the criteria at an organisational level, whereas VRR only offer services to women.

If only Oger had spent their time and energy fighting for third spaces for TW.
