Mr Yalland attended a Case Management meeting between myself and the complainant (me the defendant again) but has never worked on the civil claim bought against me by the complainant, which is still live. So it's not over for me quite yet, more punishment on the way

Also, Mr Yalland has never worked on the criminal case for either side as far as I'm aware

Really don't know if the Harry Miller case is anything to do with all this - it appear to be. So here's a link to the judgement re: his tweets....you can see the way the Judge was thinking from his opening quote from Animal Farm.

A complaint has been made, in writing, to the BBC3CR biased reporting on the trial and outcome, an appeal to the high court has also begun.

Unfortunately, I am limited to what I can and cannot discuss, hence why I've been relatively quiet since December 2018, but things are in motion and all will be revealed when safe to do so.

Out of interest, if the verdict stands in Kate's case (and I don't think it should), would that set precedent for the same verdict if a case was made regarding the fascinating link above or for what Caroline Whatsherface has experienced?

The other situation is more about the police and CPS.

It will depend on which route the appeal goes. An appeal to the Crown Court is just a rehearing of the case before a judge and two magistrates. If it goes case stated to the High Court then that will result in a precedent.

Amalfimamma If you are suggesting I am SH then you are wrong. The thread is about Kate who was convicted last week in court of a criminal offence. On the other hand I do not have a criminal record of any description and I don't think it's in the spirt to just make assumptions and attack me.

Can we not advertise Hayden's twitter here? I'm sure people will look anyway if they have any interest in what Hayden has to say. It just feels wrong to be flagging it up, since Hayden is (in my opinion) no friend to women however Hayden identifies.

I feel sorry for Maya Forstater and think the demands of the TRA brigade are a bit ridiculous at times. However, unless I'm not getting the full story, this case seems a completely different scenario.

Scottow seems to have created multiple accounts with the sole intention of abusing a TW online, and was specifically targeting her trans status - e.g. 'pig in a wig'.

Can't say I feel particularly sorry for her...

Yet death and rape threats stand. What a curious system we have in this country.
