Unfortunately, I think to have a shot at winning these cases you need perfect exemplary women who never get riled up, answer back or do anything other than behave calmly and politely - and even that is no guarantee of success.

Complainants can be any sort of gloating narcissist. Their history and agenda don’t seem to matter. Absolute double standards in play. While we could say ‘Kate should’ve got off Twitter and disengaged’, she absolutely did not deserve this.

I just can't understand it. There are women on Twitter who have had death threats, rape threats, been called the most vile and horrible things under the sun and it never even makes it to trial let alone a conviction.
