I heard part of this interview when I woke up this morning (I have insomnia so I had set my alarm late this morning, so I actually woke up to this discussion). I thought the interviewer was doing a great job of trying to get Jo Swinson to see the issues, and discuss them, rather than just parroting her party's line, but Jo's answers simply infuriated me - as did her use of cis women and trans women ARE women.

I was planning to vote LibDem - they are the party most closely aligned with my political leanings - I refuse to vote Conservative, and whilst I like some of Labour's policies (and was raised socialist), I feel he and Momentum have taken the party too far left. I'm in Scotland, and am anti-independence, so I can't vote either SNP or Green - so now I have no idea what I am going to do.

I'd have been interested to see Jo Swinson being probed on trans kids......this is where a lot of 'normal' uninformed people start to have serious questions. If you take on board TRA demands this is where it inevitable leads, though.
