Pennsylvania want to pass a bill that would require health providers to arrange burials or cremations for all of a person's "fetal remains," which under the lawmakers' terms, includes fertilized eggs that never implanted in the uterus.
So just to be on the safe side all sexually active women need to collect all their sanitary products each month for burial or cremation (presumably not in landfill or an incinerator)?
Even requiring this of health providers seems odd. It isn’t like there is an NHS to do this. Instead there are a range of individual private providers. How do they decide which one is responsible to collect the, presumably large, monthly fee to bury your sanitary towels?
