What the proposed law really means is that a woman with an ectopic pregnancy would be unable to seek any medical help to prevent her own injury or death. They want women to die in pregnancy and childbirth because in their batshit heads, this is "God's way" and "natural".

It's an impossible procedure.

What drives me nuts about this is that people (including women) who support it are so ignorant. They think it won't affect them because they'll go to their expensive out of state obstetrician. If a bill like this is passed then no right minded obstetrician/gynaecologist will want to work in the state, if they are not able to give the accepted treatment and keep their patients safe. So it will affect all women as there will be no decent ob/gyn service. And however rich you are, when an emergency happens you will get who is available to treat you.
