I too stand with Allison.
Don't waste energy worrying about crowdjustice taking down the page while they 'investigate' the allegations. Once the adults are back in the office after the weekend it shouldn't take long to complete the investigation and reinstate the crowdfunder. Just like they did that time when all those nutjobs complained that Maya's crowdfunder was being funded by far right fundamentalists in the USA.
This seems to be a pattern, gender critical people crowdfund, transgenderists see the money pouring in and start to panic. They get together online to share and amplify their demented theories, and then the crowdfunding site is inundated with a tsunami of complaints, all totally bogus and unsubstantiated.
Having been warned that the person bringing the case is a founder member of a well known hate group, guilty of unspeakable crimes against societies most vulnerable and fragile people, and that the money is being raised under false pretences, laundered from far right hate groups, etc etc, it makes sense that Crowdjustice hit the pause button and take time to cover their arses by checking out the claims.
Since all the claims are based on lies and misrepresentation it won't take long to sort and either the crowdfunder will be back online, or as happened when the LGB alliance fundraising was blocked, a different method of donating will be sorted out.
From the number of people I've seen on twitter saying they are going to double their donation once the page is reinstated I think we can look forward to this latest assault on truth and decency to backfire spectacularly.
They are slow learners, it works in our favour. "The Streisand effect is a social phenomenon that occurs when an attempt to hide, remove, or censor information has the unintended consequence of further publicizing that information, often via the Internet."
